We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7–14 days (customize based on your policy) of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
Certain items such as personal care products, beauty items, and perishable goods may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
We offer free replacements for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
