These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Shop Treasure Island website and your purchase of any products from us ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a purchase.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

We make a reasonable effort to display product descriptions, images, and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that this information is complete, current, or error-free. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors, including after an order has been placed and confirmed. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund of the amount charged.

Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Items may sell out or be discontinued at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) in your cart, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor at the time of purchase; we do not store your full card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and our tax obligations in that jurisdiction.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed — actual delivery depends on the carrier and factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If you're not satisfied with an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition unless the item arrived defective or damaged. Once we receive and inspect a return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable time. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

6. Product Descriptions & Condition

Some items sold on this site may be used, refurbished, open-box, or otherwise non-new, and will be described as such. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and display settings.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use this site to:
